As a qualified Food Technologist, I am driven by the belief that access to safe, healthy, and nutritious food is a fundamental right. At MPWPCL, as Production Manager of the Katni unit, I lead production operations, improve efficiency, and support sustainable livelihoods for tribal women. By blending scientific expertise with grassroots engagement, I strive to create meaningful impact in both the poultry sector and the communities it serves.
As a Veterinary graduate, I have always been driven by a deep compassion for life be it caring for animals or working to improve community well-being. My college years were dedicated to animal health and welfare, where I learned the value of patience, empathy, and precise care. As a production manager, I not only oversee operations but also focus on the unit’s production, marketing, and extensive community engagement. I ensure timely supplies, maintain quality standards, and lead training programs that equip cooperative members with skills for sustainable livelihoods.
